Institutions that represent employees

This involves setting up and conducting relations with the institutions that represent staff:

  • The organisation and holding of the elections,
  • Disputes regarding the appointment of union representatives,
  • The agendas,
  • The running of the meetings,
  • The drafting of letters and memorandums,
  • The re-reading of the minutes and reports,
  • The negotiation of company and group agreements,
  • The relations with the Labour Inspectorate and DIRECCTE,
  • Group and individual disputes regarding the application of the agreements,
  • The relations with protected employees,
  • The procedures for the breach of contract of protected employees.
